Ike the Producer (DJ/ Producer) is the CEO of A.I. Productions which is an award winning mix tape team based in New York City. Ike grew up in the Mill Brook Housing Projects in the South Bronx, New York City. He always had an ear for a variety of music; but ended up falling in love with Hip-Hop and R&B which guided his path to a promising career. This was created after listening to his first mix tape before he realized his niche, and from that point the choice was easy. He never wanted to be an artist, but his interest lies in production & behind the scenes. As his passion begins to increase in the different elements of music, Ike recalls “I remember buying every mix tape after hearing my first and sharing my dreams of being a producer with my family and friends.” Over the past couple of years, Ike the Producer has established himself as a notable DJ/Producer. That’s when he knew it was time to start his own brand in the market which led to the creation of: A.I. Productions in which the student now becomes the teacher. Now with the versatile business and creative ability Ike has helped in the development of artists alike through his distribution of music as a D.J., and also with his amazing ear for production. Since 2009 when A.I. Productions was created under the guidance and leadership of Ike the producer, whom has accomplished production credit on channel 47 Sabado Gigante Univision Television. Also press releases in: Hip Hop Weekly Magazine, Coast 2 Coast Magazine, WWS Magazine, Makin’ It Magazine, Hammer Magazine, HipHopSpy.com, Sohh.com, and Stardom 101 Magazine which highlights the young Dj/ producer accomplishments. Also Ike the producer has dropped over 300 mix tapes, and has gained recognition on most all mixtape sites with a constant grind. His mixing style and the creativity put into his mix tapes was nationally recognized in July 2009 when A.I. Productions won the award for “Best Mix tape Team of the Month” from ThatCrack.Com 2009 Mix Tape Award Winner, MixTapePage.Com 2013 Mix Tape Award Winner, SEA 2013 Mix Tape Nominee, well-known mix tape sites. Not only has Ike accomplished a lot as a D.J., but also as a producer working and collaborating with: Mixtapepass.com, Legendary Dj Ron G, Dj Vlad Owner of Vladtv.Com, Dj Pimp, Dj Ophax, Dj Lexus, Dj Gates, Lotus (Living Off The Usual), Lagato Shine, Arlis Michaels, Ransom, Black Rob, Big Lou of Physha P, St Laz, Shelan, just to name a few. He also produces many of his own instrumentals, and helps artists develop their sound and style. Ike of A.I. Productions is not only a producer, but a businessman who has dedication, diligence, and has been able to collaborate with DJs & artists from all around the world. But Ike’s works aren’t only limited to just the mix tape scene, but has also expanded his reach of talents to production & D.J. in which the opportunities to do a few live events in Las Vegas, New York, Atlanta, Connecticut, and Philadelphia areas. At this point Ike the producer looks to freelance his services between his production & D.J. talents, while looking for other opportunities of advancements for himself and business alike.
